With over 17 years in the hairdressing industry and over a decade building her own business, Kirsty speaks from the mind of a salon owner, with the enthusiasm of an educator. Her skills have brought her to the forefront of the industry where she is now a global Milk_shake ambassador and one of Australia's leading colour educators.

Each year she travels back to the home of Milk_shake in Milan to excel and challenge herself across the board. Always furthering her knowledge of the brand and technique. Travelling to Italy as one of Z.one Concept's Global Educators has given Kirsty the knowledge and confidence to lead an innovative salon team.
